Vertical Integration Makes Better Seafood

When It Comes to Quality, We're Control Freaks

Our exceptional quality, farm-raised seafood can only be achieved through application of our high standards throughout our supply chain. Across several aquaculture farms and processing sites in the central Texas Gulf Coast region, we’re able to hatch, raise, harvest, process and cold store the freshest, most flavorful hybrid striped bass, red drum, blue channel hybrid catfish and Pacific white shrimp in the US market.

Cultivating Exceptional Quality From Egg to Plate

01. Breeding

Our Pacific white shrimp and red drum are both spawned and developed in our hatchery facilities.

02. Nursery

During early development stages, our young shrimp are reared in a highly controlled biofloc environment to maximize their surviveability.

03. Aquaculture Ponds

When the fish and shrimp reach a desired stage of development, they are moved to our grow out ponds to mature.

04. Harvest and Processing

Our fish and shrimp are harvested to order, chilled on-the-spot, processed and packed in our state-of-the-art refrigerated facilities, and ready for delivery within hours of harvest.
