Grilled Bass with Sage and Lemon

Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbs. white wine
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh sage or 1.2 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 – 6 ounce Silver Streak Hybrid Striped Bass fillets, butterflied

Directions

1. Combine lemon juice and the next 4 ingredients; whisk to emulsify.
2. Brush bass with lemon-sage marinade. Grill bass flesh-side down on oiled grate for 2 minutes.
3. Brush bass with marinade, turn, and grill for 2 more minutes or until bass turns opaque.
Serve immediately.

Immediate: Remove from freezer and place desired amount of shrimp in a clean bowl under cool running water until thawed.

Overnight Remove from freezer and place desired amount of shrimp in the refrigerator to thaw in a covered container or bag.
